- All our catered functions are served buffet style; we provide the buffet tables you need to provide a covered area (enough for 2 tables, approx 2m by 1m each with room behind and in front for access by staff and guests) with adequate lighting.
- Linen table cloths cover the buffet tables, we provide white disposable serviettes, good quality polystyrene plates, stainless steel cutlery and salt and pepper portions
- The use of a Kitchen is desired, but if this not available let us know so we can arrange alternatives. If you are having dessert we will require space in a refrigerator and may need the use of an oven and freezer.
- Roast meats are Spit Roasted at your venue, and carved fresh at the buffet table where you and your guests choose as much or as little of the meats as you like.
- Salads and Vegetables are prepared from fresh ingredients by Barry's with plenty of variety for you to choose from.
- Catered functions require a minimum of 40 Adults, Children under 5 years are free, children under 12 years are charged at half price when booked in conjunction with 30 full paying adults. Please Note; there is an $80 charge for functions of fewer than 50 Adults.
